The Appointed Grand Master’s in each country

The tasks for the country Grand Masters:

 

  • Construct a healthy structure in the country acc. to the Orders rules and constitutions.
  • Observe the work in the individual country is acc. to rules and constitutions.
  • Supervise all the Masters in the Priory.
  • Be a role model to all the Members in the Order he represent.
  • Approve events in the country if they are acc. to regulations and Protocol.
  • Pass protocol for ended events to the IC office of Protocol.
  • Invest the new knights under the Priory.
  • Appoint potential Grand Commanders to IC.
  • Appoint potential Grand Cross individuals to IC.
  • Appoint and approve the country Masters in the Priory.
  • Assist new preceptories in the Country.
  • Work close with all the country Masters in the individual country.
  • Work close with the required offices in the international Council.
  • Attending all honorary ceremonies and investitures in the Country.

 

The Country Grand Masters are selected by the IC and approved by the SGM the tasks for the CGM are to make the country he is head of, grow and work according to the purpose and visions, in the Order.

 

The Country Grand Master must build up the country with assistance from the related IC members, and approval from the International Council Grand Masters.

 

The Country Grand Masters must find their own deputy, one with same character as themselves, the Deputy’s must be ready to stand in for the CGM at any need or request, Deputy do know all activities the CGM makes and are involved in.

When a Country starts the Priory, the International Council appoint the Country Grand Master.

This CGM will be responsible for the building and maintaining of the individual Country

He is the highest ranked officer in a Country.

 

When the Individual country reaching more than 2 Priory’s, the Country Grand Master appointed International as the first CGM in the individual Country will become the Superior Country Grand Master for that Country.

 

Rules and regulations for expansion of an individual Country are specified in the constitutions under article 15 regarding establishments.

 

 The Country Grand Master has the responsibility to appoint the following Country Masters in the individual Country, they must be appointed according to the regulations within the Order.

Country Master of the Army of IOSJ

The tasks for The Army of IOSJ.

 

  • Responsible for building up the Army department.
  • Must maintain and control the Army structure trough out the Country.
  • Finding the suitable Knights for using in the Army Dept.
  • Makes the structure for the Countries Army Dept.
  • Teaching all the Knights in that dept. the Purpose for its being.
  • Assisting in the practical work in the Orders projects.
  • Supporting the Security Knights in their tasks if required.
  • At all times make sure this is an anti-violent department in accordance with the orders oat.
  • Works close with the Master of security, regarding intern and extern issues.
  • Works close with the Master of development regarding the need for the Dept.
  • Works close with the Master of Hospitaller regarding calendar for the need for this Dept.

Country Master of Security

The tasks for the security department:

 

  • Tasks regarding all concerning the order intern.
  • Taking care of security issues when Order is out in public.
  • Supporting Members when they are across borders, with support in any security hence.
  • To be sure and ahead so they can support the Knight/Dame if required.
  • Making sure to alert the closest knights/Dames when a foreign knight is in their area.
  • Arranging Guards for any course and case where that will be either needed or required.
  • Arrange parades if required, this is always done together with the Army of IOSJ.
  • Making random tests on the knights/Dames, to see if the CV given was honest.
  • Makes random tests on members to see if they follow the virtues pledges and rules.
  • Investigate all intern problems if comes within the Order.
  • Works close with the Masters of the Army regarding the need for manpower.
  • Works close with the Master of verifications regarding members.
  • Works close with the Master of structure regarding the status of the members.
  • Works close with the Master of Hospitaller regarding events.
  • Works close with Master of information regarding security updates for members and website.
  • Works close with the Master of development regarding security in expansion areas.

Country Master of Administration

The tasks for the Administration Masters:

 

  • Registration of the payment on the member’s donations.
  • Advising the involved departments when donations are cleared.
  • Registrations of payments made by members for obtaining regalia, uniforms, swords Etc.
  • Advising the Master of the member ID and the Item ID for which the payment is made and cleared.
  • Overviewing the financial activity, inside the order.
  • Overviewing the financial activity, outside the order.
  • Supervising that members only order medals they have approval and rank to wear.
  • Works close with Master of Arms regarding cleared payments for regalia and more.
  • Works close with Master of structure regarding paid donations from the members.
  • Works close with Master of security regarding fraud or attempt to obtain unauthorized regalia.
  • Providing a bank balance to CGM every 3 Months.
  • Monitoring the bank accounts belongs to the Order.

Country Master of Arms

The tasks for the Master of Arms:

 

  • Is developing the medals and other regalia, after need and requirement due to expansion.
  • Designing of regalia for the Order of St. John Knights of Malta.
  • Maintain the relationship with the Orders suppliers of Medals Regalia Uniforms Swords etc.
  • Ordering the medals when the member obtaining it is cleared for the specific medal.
  • Ordering the flags for the Order overall, (Preceptory’s, Priories, etc.).
  • Verifying the payment for regalia is made before shipping it.
  • Verifying the regalia are allowed for the members before order or shipping it.
  • Responsible for the sword and flags always are available for Order arrangements or meetings.
  • Works close with the Master of security to get clearance before shipping.
  • Works close with the Master of administration to get payment clearance for all orders before shipping.
  • Works close with the Master of structure to know whether the member have the right to the requested regalia insignia or medals.

Country Master of Developments

The Tasks for Master of development:

 

  • Keeping the Order up to date in its structure.
  • Responsible for re ad venting ways for the Order to renew itself.
  • Finding new ways for the Order to gain expansion in all areas.
  • Always seek approval from the CGM before making steps into new ways.
  • Developing new ways to recognize and Honour members.
  • Developing new ways to recognize and Honour supporters and honorary members.
  • Presenting new ideas to help spiritual and personal growth for the members.
  • Presenting Ideas for the Order to become a stronger role model to the public.
  • Works close with the Master of structure to streamline their work.
  • Works close with Master of information for presenting new developments.
  • Works at best effort together with the rest of the Country Masters to streamline new actions.

Country Master of Treasury

Tasks for the Master of treasure:

 

  • Controlling the budget for projects.
  • Controlling the budget for ceremonies.
  • Controlling the budget for investments.
  • Controlling the bank account balance every 3rd month/quarter.
  • Controlling the donation income match the members etc.
  • Controlling the send regalia insignia and uniforms, match the payments made for it.
  • Controlling the send medals are the same as the amount which is paid for.
  • Always is updated with balance for transactions at any request from accountants.
  • Works close with Master of arms for the ordered items.
  • Works close with Master of administration for updates regarding received payments.
  • Works close with the Master of structure for the information regarding members in numbers.
  • Works close with the Master of Exchequer for funds related to projects.

Country Master of Ceremony

The tasks for the Master of Ceremonies:

 

  • Responsible for planning the environment and arrangement for Media conferences.
  • Responsible for planning the environment and arrangement for Investitures.
  • Responsible for planning the environment and arrangement for International Meetings.
  • Responsible for planning the environment and arrangement for Open Meetings.
  • Responsible for planning the environment and arrangement for promoting members.
  • Responsible for planning the environment and arrangement for presentations of projects.
  • Is planning the International Council Meetings.
  • Developing new procedures to keep the Order of Truth updated.
  • Creating new programs for the Order to brand itself more efficient.
  • Works close with Master of Hospitaller for planning according to the Orders calendar.
  • Works close with Master of security planning the safety at arrangements and ceremonies.
  • Works closely with the Army of IOSJ regarding the need for manpower required.
  • Works close with the Master of treasury for clearing the budget for each ceremony.

Country Master of Councillors

Tasks for the Master Councillor:

 

  • Handles and passes all requests from outside the Order into the Order.
  • Handles all appointments before they are presented for CGM or IC.
  • Assist all non-members who need to get in contact with the CGM or an IC office.
  • Assist non-members who need to get in contact with SGM.
  • Assist members outside IC to be led to the right IC office.
  • Works close with all IC offices.
  • Informs all IC offices of all unauthorized attempts to contact them.
  • Works close with the Master of security for clarification of members before they are connected to the respective requested IC Master or office.

Country Master of Religion/theology

Tasks for the Master of Religion and Theology:

 

  • Responsible for the Orders guidelines are in line with the 10 commandments.
  • Responsible for the Orders projects serve and Honour the Glory of God.
  • Responsible for imprinting and Christianity into the Orders work.
  • Responsible for and implementing Christianity into the Orders work.
  • Preparing the Preach for the investiture ceremonies.
  • Preparing the Preaches for meetings in all the Order to streamline the words of GOD.
  • Preparing the Opening and closing prayers for Order meetings (all meetings has them).
  • Works close with Master of cross border religions for mutual understanding.
  • Works close with Master of structure, to welcome new members in a Christian manner.
  • Works close with Master of ceremonies, to prepare the Christian needs for ceremonies.
  • Works close with Master of Hospitaller for upcoming ceremonies and events.
  • Handles the issues in where we can use more Christianity than normal without damaging the cause.

Country Master of external affairs

Tasks for the Master of External Affairs:


  • Handles all the Orders Issues which goes out from the Order.
  • Supervises the Diplomatic Corps.
  • Supervise the work between Imperial Chivalric Order of Rurikovich.
  • Supervise the work for the Royal Imperial House of Rurikovich.
  • Coordinating activities outside the Order.
  • Works close with the Master of International relations to get information of new countries.
  • Works close with Master of security regarding safety issues in the fieldwork.
  • Works close with Master Hospitaller for coordinating work with calendar.
  • Works close with Master of information to update on extern progress.

Country Master of Protocol

 Tasks for the Master of Protocol:

 

  • Collect the information/protocol made to be used at ceremonies for approval.
  • Collect the protocol made for the Individual Country investitures for approval.
  • Collect the protocol made for country meetings for approval.
  • Makes the required guidelines for protocols to specific ceremonies.
  • Makes the required protocols for Country meetings upon request.
  • Assist the Master Hospitaller in coordinating arrangements.
  • Assist the Master of ceremonies in planning the ceremonies and investitures.
  • Works close with Master of security for protocol issues and event issues.
  • Works close with Master of religion for the best suited protocol according to arrangement.

Country Master of the Grand Hospitaller 

 Tasks for the Master of Grand Hospitaller:

 

  • Coordinating the Orders activities.
  • Coordinating the Orders Fund Raising.
  • Coordinating the Orders PR meetings.
  • Coordinating the Orders Projects.
  • Coordinating the Orders Ceremonies.
  • In charge of coordinating all the charitable works of the Order.
  • Advising the CGM of the different activities in the Order.
  • Keeping a complete calendar for the Orders events, activities, Projects Work Etc.
  • Staying constantly updated on movements in the Order.
  • Works close with Master of ceremony for approval of dates.
  • Works close with Master of Public Relations for approval of dates.
  • Works close with Master of Fund Raising for approval of dates.
  • Works close with Master of Goodwill for approval of dates.
  • Works close with Security department for coordinating security at events.

Country Master of Fundraising

Tasks for the Master of Fundraising:

 

  • Works with the existing ways of generating income for the Orders projects.
  • Re-new the ways for the Order to make fundraising events.
  • Preparing fundraising events.
  • Planning arrangements where fundraising is the main happening.
  • Makes fundraising events for specific cases.
  • Makes fundraising events for individual countries if required.
  • Works close with Master of ceremony for event and happenings.
  • Works close with grand Hospitaller for approval of dates for events.
  • Works close with Master of good will for the events publicity.
  • Works close with Master of PR to promote the events.
  • Works close with Master treasury for the budgets.
  • Works close with Master of security for safety issues at events.
  • Works close with Army of IOSJ regarding the required manpower.
  • Finding new supply lines to generate income to support Orders Projects.
  • Works Close Master Grand Council to involved needed offices.

 

This Country Master is direct under supervision from the Equal Department in the International Council. They will receive new guidelines and changes from there, and they will approach that Department if any questions in their field need clarifications.

 

Each of these master’s must seek their knowledge and advice from the ICGM in same branch; they will educate and help the CM to make their tasks.

 

All Appointed Country Master must find and appoint 1 deputy, who can take over/stand into their place at any mean or request, they teach them all they do and know in case they should become sick or out of reach.

If a Master fails to educate their deputy’s it is considered a broken rule and handled like that.

 

They also must appoint 4 Grand Commanders who will assist them in their tasks, the commanders must be teach the assignments in the specific area of where they are being appointed to.

 

 

 

 

Country Grand Commanders

Tasks for the Country Grand Commanders:

 

  • Assisting the CGM in the work upon request.
  • Assisting the CMs with the practical tasks in their areas.
  • Supporting the commanders, Grand Crosses, and knights informative.
  • Supervise the events in their respective Countries.
  • Supervise the events in their local areas.

 

The Country Grand Commanders are a physical organ, which takes the theoretical tasks and implant them into the practical world. They are assisted by all different ranks in the Order; it all depends on the issue and size of the specific individual task. The CGC must teach the KC (knight Commanders their work areas and more, so the KCs can assist or take over in any case or mean that it may be requested or required.

All Country Masters are chosen between the Country Grand Commanders.

 

 

 

 

Knight Officers Grand Cross

 

The Knight Officers Grand Cross does not have a task area, they are ranked and honoured for the job they have executed in past. Knight Officers Grand Cross can be awarded before an upcoming project, where they may be in charge for some practical assignments. Grand Cross is a Symbol of Good effort, good behaviour, and distinguished conduct. The members awarded this are often well informed about the Order and the rules constitutions running it; they can always advise and answer the most common questions.

 

 

 

 

Knight Commanders

 

Knight Commanders are appointed on reflection of their effort intern and extern the Order, of how they promote the Order, and for how long they have been active in the Order.

Knight Commanders are role models for the Knights; they act as Mentors for all new members. The commanders are most active in the local areas; all Country Grand Commanders are appointed between the Knight Commanders.

Commanders are well informed of the commando way to approach the CGM and IC.

 

 

 

 

Knights/Dames of the Order

 

Then Knights and Dames in the Order are the most Valuated and important members, without them the Order would maybe exist, but never be able to make so many projects and other good things. The Knights and Dames are role models for their Children, Neighbours, Family, colleges’, business relations and friends they always act with Honour, and good conduct. They are the representatives of the Order and does in everyday live act according to the Orders constitutions rules and regulations, just as they like everyone else in the Order pledged and gave Oath to.

 

Samples of reasons for Knights to receive the appointment as Knight Officer Grand Cross or Knight Commanders:

 

Finding 8 or more new Knights/Dames, Branding the Order more than the expected to bring growth and expansion to the Order, demonstrate extraordinary love toward their next, so God find pleasure in their behaviour.

Demonstrate that friendship is not connected to Colour, religion or Origin, but a Friend is one who will support you when you need it most, but deserve it less, a Knight/Dame looks at the Local areas where they live and makes suggestions for projects there. They always give a helping hand where they can; a Knight/Dame never pushes forward until tomorrow if a needy person asking.

 

 

 

 

Esquires

 

Esquires follow their appointed mentors, they learn from all they can, they assist where they can, they act just like the Knights and Dames, be course this is what they hopefully will become.
