Article 18

The Imperial and Royal House of Rurikovich,

Imperial Rurik Lineage

 

1.

Imperial Royal House of Rurikovich are the Protector of the Imperial Order of St. John Knights of Malta, by that the Order is under the Royal and Imperial House of Rurikovich, Protection and the constitutions of the Imperial and Royal Chivalry of Rurikovich.

 

2.

The Protector of The Imperial Order of St. John Knights of Malta is and must always be a Royal House bloodline to the Authentic Order of St. John Knights of Malta to preserve history, Male bloodline from the Royal and Imperial House of Rurikovich will always have the function as SGM in IOSJ Knights of Malta.

 

3.

If the Lineage dies out, The Order of St. John Knights of Malta´s International Council Grand Masters must appoint new Royal Patrons/Protector, as they will be separated from the Imperial Chivalry of Rurikovich and released from the constitutions related to them.

But can by vote in complete agreement, decide to keep the Royal Imperial  House as a protector, until new male is born or 18 years old.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Article 19 

Imperial Chivalric order of Rurikovich

 

1.

The Family Council of the Imperial House of Rurikovich and the Imperial Chivalric Order of Rurikovich are an old heritage formed by the roots of the Dynasty.

 

2.

The Imperial Order of St. John Knights of Malta is under Protection of the Imperial and Royal House of Rurikovich.

This also means they are suppressed to streamline the constitutions with the once related to the Imperial Chivalric Order of Rurikovich.

 

3.

The Imperial Chivalric Order of Rurikovich is ruled by the bloodline and the House/Family Council Rurikovich.

The Imperial Order of St. John Knights of Malta is to be supportive at need to both the Imperial Chivalric Order of Rurikovich and the Royal and Imperial House of Rurikovich.

 

4.

Members of The Imperial Order of St. John Knights of Malta can achieve ranks in the Imperial Chivalric Order of Rurikovich, by decree from either the Grand Prince-Crown Prince or Prince of the House Rurikovich.

This is decisions made by members of the Imperial Family alone.

 

5.

The Imperial Chivalric Order of Rurikovich, is an Order which only works behind closed doors, any missions or projects are made by decreed from the Grand Masters or the Family alone, and not published by any mean.

 

6.

People cannot apply for membership in this Order, as it only honour members or appoint them, for their devotion and loyalty to the Imperial Chivalric Order of Rurikovich and the Royal and Imperial House of Rurikovich.

 

Article 20

The Imperial Order of St. John Knights of Malta

 

1.

The Imperial Order of St. John Knights of Malta is an Institution and a Knight Order build up on the Virtues of the Ancient Knight Templars,The Knight Hospitallers of St. John and  Knights of the Holy Temple in Jerusalem.

 

2.

The Order is 100% Christian and Recomend its knighted members to be the same.

 

3.

The Order can grant Honourable Knight Hood to Non-Christian people.

 

4.

The Order is a Sister Order to the Imperial Chivalric Order of Rurikovich, by that the Members swear loyalty to the Imperial House and to follow God and the constitutions of those.

 

 

 

 

 

International Council Order

of

St. John Knights of Malta Grand Masters:

 

1.

Members who are ranked in the International Council, are Similar to a parliament of a nation, they are the legislative assembly of the Order. They are also in charge of coordinating the priories and some serve as Regional Commanders who are assigned to several continents and watch over the affairs of the priories within the continent they are assigned.

As the Order and House are an Absolute Monarchy, HI&RH the Superior Grand Master acts also as PRIME MINISTER and ABSOLUTE SOVEREIGN.

His word thereby shall be absolute and always supersede International Councillors when He, HI&RH the Superior Grand Master deems it appropriate. International Councillors however shall be called upon to put forth their best and advise, put forth proposition and vote. International Councillors shall be summoned in all matters of eminent importance.
